Eupe to launch third Klang Valley project early next year

BANGSAR SOUTH (July 18): Eupe Corporation Bhd plans to launch its third Kuala Lumpur project, Vivus@Seputeh, early next year.

The residential project has a GDV of RM800 million. 

“We are planning to introduce our third project in Kuala Lumpur,  Vivus, early next year. Upon [its] launch, the project will add RM800 million GDV to our current GDV of RM1 billion,” said Eupe group managing director Datuk Beh Huck Lee during a press conference after the topping out ceremony of Novum at Bangsar South today. 

Novum is Eupe’s Kuala Lumpur maiden project which was launched in 2016.

It is a freehold condominium development jointly developed with Chin Hin Property Development.

It comprises three towers that range from 37 storeys to 40 storeys on a three-acre parcel facing the Federal Highway.

When completed, the project will house 729 units.

Novum’s location is less than 3km away from Mid Valley City.

“Novum is 96% sold or [has] over 20 units left from my recent check. The selling price for available unit is starting from RM1,000 psf, while the overall unit built-up sizes range from 647 sq ft to 1,441 sq ft,” said Beh. 

Facilities of at Novum include an Olympic-sized swimming pool, playground, floating gym, outdoor lounge, a business centre, a private celebrity kitchen, and a new application dubbed by the developer as a “new digital life app” which will help facilitate dealings between residents and the building management.

Meanwhile, Eupe’s second project, Parq 3 at Cheras, which was launched October 2017 has achieved 70% take-up so far. 

Moving forward, Eupe is looking for acquire more land bank in Kuala Lumpur. 

“We are always looking at land bank that is within 15km radius from the Kuala Lumpur City Center. We are currently in talks with two landowners for potential land acquisition,” he said. 

While he declined to reveal more details about the land, he said if the deals are concluded, they will be developed into residential projects.
